Our COVID lockdown plan was simple…reassess our business. We took the opportunity to decide who we wanted to be. What could we offer our customers? How do we make the business work better for us and our family? From our days of isolation, an idea was born. 9 months of paperwork, meetings, hoops and hurdles later, and we finally received the news that we were an approved distillery!
We are by no means giving up the wine – we have a cracker vintage on it’s way – but this gives us a delicious new feather to our cap. The process is underway. With plenty of recipe development taking place, we expect to have our first releases out by April 2020.
